Lead the delivery of secure spaces that protect critical operations
This critical role is dedicated to creating the secure spaces that protect sensitive information and operations. You will develop and implement operational strategies aligned with FCDO Services ambitions. You’ll work onsite at Hanslope Park, ensuring a successful delivery for all project phases once released. This will include managing the onsite security installations, the management of the SCIFs HSP storage locations and transporting across HSP. You will strive for customer satisfaction while balancing the needs of the service.
Another vital responsibility will be managing the secure spaces location at the 2027 Logistics Hub. You’ll be hands on about the design of the space, the resources required (both people and equipment), and continue to manage it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
