Securities Finance Project Manager
Location: London
Contract: Contract
Rate: Up to £92 per hour
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Securities Finance Project Manager to join a leading global financial services organisation, supporting a key programme within Securities Finance Operations.
This is a hands-on role focused on operational change, process improvement, and testing, working closely with both business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with business and technical communities
- Manage the Operations process review lifecycle, including root cause analysis and metrics reporting
- Develop and deliver training and coaching for new and existing processes
- Manage process usability and load testing across testing and production environments
- Ensure end-to-end test environment readiness, working with internal and external support groups
- Support and coordinate UAT activities
- Identify potential problems and areas for improvement, developing and implementing effective solutions
- Develop and review new Operations business flows and processes
- Evaluate toolsets, make recommendations, and justify decisions
- Prepare reports and present information to management
- Manage multiple deadlines and large testing projects in a fast-paced environment

Experience Required
- Strong Securities Finance Operations experience
- Experience within a Broker Dealer or Prime Broker environment highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of financial trading and clearing
- Previous experience developing new Operations business flows
- Experience delivering UAT, testing, and process improvement/change
- Knowledge of process flow development and analysis methodologies
- Previous project management or supervisory experience
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and organisational capabilities
- Fixed Income knowledge is advantageous
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
