Job Title: Securities Operations AI Delivery Analyst
Location: London (2/3 days per week in the office)
Contract Length: 7 months initially
Working Pattern: Via Umbrella company
About Our Client
Our client is a leading player in the financial services industry, dedicated to innovation and excellence. They are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Securities Operations AI Delivery Analyst to drive the transformation of operational processes through Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. This role presents a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of AI adoption, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic business objectives.
Role Purpose
The Securities Operations AI Delivery Analyst will lead the identification, evaluation, design, and delivery of AI solutions across Securities Operations. The successful candidate will coordinate between Operations, Technology, Data, Architecture, Risk, Compliance, vendors, and business stakeholders to implement AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance controls.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Transformation:
- Lead the identification and prioritisation of AI opportunities within Securities Operations.
- Develop and maintain the Securities Operations AI roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Promote AI adoption across various operational functions, including Settlements, Corporate Actions, and more.
- Drive innovation initiatives focused on productivity and operational resilience.
AI Solution Delivery
- Oversee the delivery of AI-enabled solutions from concept to implementation.
- Manage AI workstreams across Operations, Technology, and vendor organisations.
- Ensure successful integration of AI capabilities into operational workflows.

Vendor Platform Enhancement & Oversight
- Partner with strategic vendors to influence AI product roadmaps.
- Assess vendor AI offerings for operational use cases and manage implementation.
- Ensure third-party AI capabilities meet regulatory and operational expectations.
Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Act as the primary interface between multiple teams, facilitating AI governance forums.
- Produce management reports covering AI initiatives, benefits, and delivery progress.
- Promote responsible AI governance and compliance.
Requirements & Solution Management
- Translate operational challenges into AI-enabled solution opportunities.
- Lead process discovery and requirements gathering.
- Define AI solution requirements and success criteria in collaboration with architects and developers.
Data, Controls & Risk Management
- Ensure AI solutions operate within approved governance and risk frameworks.
- Support data governance and validation activities, maintaining compliance with regulations.
Testing & Implementation
- Coordinate testing strategies and support user acceptance testing.
- Manage production deployments and monitor post-implementation performance.
Core Deliverables
- Maintain an AI use case inventory and prioritisation.
- Develop AI requirements documentation and process redesign artefacts.
- Create operational procedures and training materials for successful adoption.
Success Measures
- Successful delivery of AI roadmap initiatives and measurable reduction in operational effort.
- Increased straight-through processing and operational efficiency.
- High stakeholder satisfaction and successful transition of AI solutions into a stable operating model.
