VP – Securitised Products | Capital Solutions EMEA
We are working with a leading international bank on a standout VP opportunity within its growing Capital Solutions team in London.
This is not a traditional Securitised Products seat. The team sits at the intersection of structured credit, bank capital and private capital, originating and executing bespoke transactions designed to optimise balance sheet and capital efficiency across EMEA.

The mandate spans:
- Structured credit securitisations and SRTs
- Portfolio sales and purchases
- Structured lending and capital intermediation
- Joint ventures and private credit partnerships
- Forward-flow and asset off-take arrangements
The successful candidate will have genuine ownership across the transaction lifecycle from structuring and risk/return analysis through to profitability modelling, documentation, internal approvals and execution.
