Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Security Officer role based in London. The Security Officer will monitor and patrol assigned locations, control access to premises, and respond to incidents and emergencies in line with company procedures. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate incident and shift reports
- Conducting regular safety checks
- Liaising with clients, visitors, and colleagues in a calm, professional manner
The role involves working as part of a disciplined team, following clear instructions, using security systems and communication tools, and supporting a safe, respectful environment for all occupants. The successful candidate will uphold Atlas Guard Solutions’ standards of presentation, conduct, and customer service at all times.

Qualifications
- Strong Physical Security skills, including site patrol, access control, and incident response
- Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and the public
- Relevant security SIA license
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a similar protective services role is an advantage
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, follow procedures, and make sound decisions in emergency situations
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs
