Salary: Up to £26,800
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends. FTC for 12-months
Location: Aldershot

- Check, verify and process security clearance applications, ensuring adherence to established procedures and security regulations.
- Maintain personnel and vehicle access records within the Site Access Management System (SAMS).
- Produce and issue temporary visitor passes and permanent or temporary vehicle passes to authorized personnel.
- Support the Security Supervisor by collating access data and preparing monthly security access reports.
- Liaise with external organizations to obtain satisfactory references and supporting information promptly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of security and administrative processes while complying with all company policies and health and safety requirements.
- Provide general administrative support and undertake additional duties as reasonably required.
What We're Looking For
- Qualifications: Good literacy and IT skills, with GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role with the ability to work accurately in a process-driven environment. Experience of MoD security access processes would be advantageous.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational ability, effective workload prioritization, the capability to work independently, and a professional, ethical, and helpful approach to supporting stakeholders.
