Fantastic opportunity to join the Mitie and Marks & Spencer family!
We are looking for a professional, organised, and customer-focused Security Administrator / Receptionist to join our team at the Marks & Spencer Distribution Centre in Bradford.
This role is a key position within the site, providing front-of-house reception support during busy operational periods while also assisting the senior management team with a variety of administrative duties. The successful candidate will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of site operations by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and supporting security and compliance processes.
The role requires a professional individual who can work independently, communicate effectively with colleagues and visitors, and maintain high standards of confidentiality and organisation.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and welcoming reception service for visitors, contractors, and colleagues.
- Manage visitor sign-in processes and ensure compliance with site security procedures.
- Support peak operational periods by assisting with reception and access control activities.
- Carry out general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, report preparation, and record management.
- Support the senior management team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Maintain accurate site documentation and personnel records.
- Monitor and respond to emails, telephone enquiries, and internal communications.
- Assist in producing reports, presentations, and meeting documentation as required.
- Support security compliance processes and ensure records are maintained accurately.
- Work closely with site security colleagues to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in line with company procedures and client expectations.

Person Specification
✅ Previous Administration And/or Reception Experience Preferred.
✅ Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
✅ Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
✅ Professional and confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
✅ Ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure.
✅ Reliable, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
✅ High standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
✅ Must hold a valid Front-Line SIA Licence.
