Security Architect

£85,000–£100,000 + bonus | Remote-first | Some travel

Search26 are working on multiple Security Architect opportunities for candidates who enjoy being hands-on technically, rather than sitting purely on the governance or compliance side.

You'll be responsible for helping design and implement secure solutions, working closely with engineering teams and clients to make sure security is built into the way systems are designed and developed.

Working with development and engineering teams to implement security requirements

Providing technical security advice to clients and project teams

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have:

  • Strong experience in Security Architecture / Security Engineering
  • A genuinely hands-on technical background
  • Experience designing and implementing security solutions
  • Strong understanding of secure software development
  • Experience with Azure and/or AWS
  • Scripting/programming experience such as Python, PowerShell or Bash
  • Infrastructure as Code experience such as Terraform, ARM or Ansible
  • Experience working within a consultancy or client-facing environment

SC clearance is required for some positions.

The opportunity

This is a growing cyber capability, giving you the opportunity to work across a range of technically interesting client projects and have a genuine influence on how security solutions are designed and delivered.

The role is remote-first, with travel to client sites where required.

£90,000–£100,000 + 5% bonus
