Security Architect
Location: London, Manchester or Leeds (hybrid)
Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 + 8% bonus
We’re looking for an experienced Security Architect to join a growing security architecture team within a world-leading professional services organisation. You’ll work on high-profile, technically complex transformation programmes, helping design secure solutions across enterprise IT and operational technology environments.
The Role
- Define security architecture for complex enterprise IT and OT solutions.
- Work closely with Technical and Solutions Architects to build security into system designs.
- Use threat modelling to identify risks and define security requirements.
- Manage security requirements throughout the system lifecycle.
- Provide expert guidance on security risks, threats, and mitigation.
- Work with Information Assurance and Penetration Testing teams to validate security controls.
- Apply recognised frameworks including NIST, ISO, and CIS.
- Advise on authentication, authorisation, and protective monitoring.
- Communicate complex security concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

Strong technical security experience in one or more of the following:
- IP Networking & Operational Technology
- On-premises infrastructure & Virtualisation
- Cloud & Containerisation
- Databases & LLMs
- Mobile & Application Security

Experience with threat modelling and security requirements.

Strong understanding of security architecture and risk-based mitigation.

Knowledge of NIST, ISO, or CIS security frameworks.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
