Role: Deputy CISO / Security Architecture Lead
Location: London, 3 days on-site
Salary: up to £150,000 fixed salary (DOE) + bonus/benefits
Reporting Line: CISO
This is a unique role that sits within a highly regulated, fast-paced trading environment undergoing a major security transformation. You'll be directly supporting the CISO from a strategic leadership perspective; whilst owning, building and scaling security architecture.
This is a senior role for someone who can operate strategically with executives while still getting into the detail and driving security change across the SDLC.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading Security Architecture across a major transformation programme
- Owning and developing the Threat Modelling process
- Building AppSec, Software Security and DevSecOps capability
- Driving shift-left security and secure-by-design principles
- Developing security services, processes and controls from the ground up
- Working closely with the CISO and senior technology leadership

To be successful, you’ll need:
- ~8 years experience leading Security Architecture capabilities in fast-paced environments
- A strong track record of delivering measurable security change
- Deep knowledge of AppSec, DevSecOps and security across the SDLC
- Strong executive-level stakeholder management and influencing skills
- The ability to operate between strategic leadership and technical delivery
