G3: £13.69 - £13.91 per hour.
Casual Contract.
Walsall Arena and Arts Centre is seeking reliable, professional and customer-focused Security Assistants to join our team. The successful candidates will play a key role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for audiences, performers and staff.
About the Role
Working as part of the Operations Team you will be:
- Provide a security presence throughout the venue
- Monitor public entrances, exits, and restricted areas
- Conduct routine security checks
- Assist with crowd management at events and performances
Key Requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can remain calm and professional under pressure
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Has a strong focus on customer service and public safety

A valid SIA door supervisor licence is required and experience working in a security or customer service environment.
