About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Technology, the Finance Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist will work hand-in-hand with the Finance Product Owners, Finance Technical team and third-parties including SAP, Coupa and Bottomline, to provide access management support to application owners and end users to help meet the needs of the business. They will work with application owners around scoping and designing of access changes to ensure they adhere to PWC and SAP audits on segregation of duties and licences. They will ensure access controls are effectively implemented across all IT systems, monitor and track access control audits in the IT Audit Matrix and manage IT technical controls in line with Business Assurance compliance.

What you'll be doing

  • Role lifecycle management across Finance systems including SAP ECC, SAC, Coupa, People XD and Bottomline PTX (BACS).
  • Resolution of authorisation issues with SAP.
  • Audit compliance for role profiles and security (segregation of Duties).
  • Manage profiles to support the annual licence audit.
  • Governance Risk and Compliance system management.
  • Provide SAP authorisation support to the business.
  • Manages SAP technical system risks.
  • Ensure IT technical controls are completed in line with Business Assurance team requirements.
  • Ensure access control audits are undertaken within the frequency noted in the access control policy.
  • Ensure any issues or discrepancies identified in access control audits are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Ensure trends in these issues are identified.
  • Any issues with the above are escalated to the Head of Information Security.

What experience are we looking for

  • Extensive experience SAP GRC and ideally IAG.
  • Knowledge of how to build and deploy profiles with SAP.
  • Ability to understand security and authorisation with SAP.
  • Experience of management of incidents and problems using ITIL v3 methodology.
  • Strong 2nd line support background.
  • Experience of communicating with all levels of departmental management.
  • Excellent analysis and problem solving skills plus attention to detail.
  • A belief in high quality and control and a strong personal commitment to structured ITIL working practices such as Change and Problem Management, testing procedures and documentation, and adherence to the company baselines and standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team members must be flexible, responsive, enthusiastic, have ability to work alone and as part of a team and to foster positive relationships.
