Security Awareness Analyst (Human Risk)
Location: Saepio HQ, High Wycombe, Bucks
Hours: Hybrid, Full Time, no overnight work - (Mon – Thurs 9am–6pm, Fri 9am-5pm)
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our managed services team. In this role, you will help customers reduce human cyber risk through Security Awareness Training, phishing simulations, and user education programmes. Working with industry-leading platforms such as KnowBe4 and other Human Risk Management tooling, you will support organisations in improving their resilience to phishing, social engineering, and other user-targeted cyber threats.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining cyber security, customer engagement, reporting, and service improvement in a fast-paced and growing cyber security business.
What you’ll be doing?
- Manage the onboarding of new customers onto Security Awareness Training and Human Risk Management services.
- Configure and administer phishing simulation campaigns and security awareness training programmes.
- Support customers in developing stronger security behaviours and reducing their exposure to cyber threats.
- Analyse phishing and training results, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Produce insightful reports and recommendations that demonstrate progress and drive security maturity.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve service-related issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide regular updates to customers, manage expectations, and maintain strong working relationships.
- Support service reviews and customer meetings, presenting findings and recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Security Awareness and Human Risk Management services.

What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who is passionate about cyber security and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be organised, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
Our Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing cyber security, IT support, or managed service role.
- Experience producing reports, reviews, or recommendations for customers or stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and service improvement.
Other skills/qualifications – (Desirable, not mandatory)
- Experience working in a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP)
- Security Awareness Training/Human Risk Management (KnowBe4/KB4)
- Other relevant Cyber Security certifications (e.g., Comp TIA, NIST, ISO2700X, SOC2, GDPR)
