Security Consultant Required for 7-Month Remote Contract
A security consultant is required for a 7-month remote contract supporting an Economic Crime technology environment within a highly regulated financial services setting.
Role Focus
The role focuses on end-to-end security assurance, working closely with architecture, engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, product, risk, and business teams to embed Secure by Design principles across technology change.
Responsibilities
- Assess new systems, integrations, and material changes
- Identify security risks
- Evaluate preventative and detective controls
- Track remediation, mitigation, or formal risk acceptance
- Provide practical guidance across IAM, PAM, network security, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing outcomes
