We are looking for an experienced Zero Trust Security Architect to design, implement and optimise enterprise-scale Zero Trust security architectures.

You’ll work across users, devices, applications and data, helping organisations modernise their security through cloud-first, identity-centric and SASE-based approaches. The role offers hands-on exposure to leading Zero Trust technologies, including Zscaler, while working with cross-functional security, networking and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enterprise Zero Trust architectures aligned to NIST 800-207 and CISA principles.
  • Develop secure access models using Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, ZDX and Client Connector.
  • Design identity-centric controls covering SSO, MFA, device posture and least privilege.
  • Deploy and optimise technologies including DLP, CASB, FWaaS, Cloud Firewall and App Connectors.
  • Integrate Zero Trust platforms with Entra ID, Okta, SIEM/SOAR and endpoint security platforms.
  • Support migration from legacy VPN, proxy and firewall technologies to modern Zero Trust models.
  • Conduct POCs, technical validation, threat modelling and security gap assessments.
  • Troubleshoot and optimise Zero Trust deployments, telemetry and access controls.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship and architectural governance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
