Description
Lingwood Security Management is seeking a full-time Security Controller to join our team in Heysham. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and attentive individual who is comfortable working with a variety of people and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: 18:30 - 06:30
4 on 4 off

Requirements
- SIA Licence and Drivers Licence
- Be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good with people, including interacting with the public and excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Supporting and leading a team of Security Officers to ensure the security and safety of customers, buildings, and personnel
- Checking on our operatives throughout the UK maintaining our lone-worker policy
- Keeping a log of any incidents throughout the night and keeping up to date on our system
- Ensure our rostering system is kept up to date in real-time
- Administration Duties
- Ensure our head office is secure & protected at all times
- Maintain a record of any incidents that occur throughout the night any patrols that have taken place & any specific checks that have been made
- Comply with all data protection regulations regarding all information accessed during duty
- Answering phone calls and taking inquiries
- Responding to Alarm Calls
