Join our Team as a Security Coordinator at Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL)

Salary: Up to £26,500 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends; FTC until February 2028
Location: Warminster

Your Role:

  • Controlling visitor access using site access management systems and issuing passes to visitors entering the Garrison.
  • Maintaining accurate records, checking data quality and producing daily reports in line with required standards.
  • Communicating with security teams and providing guidance on security procedures and access requirements when required.
  • Delivering excellent customer service while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with security regulations at all times.
  • Providing administrative support to the wider project team, including correspondence management, meeting attendance and minute taking.
  • Following health, safety, environmental and security procedures, reporting breaches and undertaking required training.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, including Word and Excel, together with general IT software skills.
  • Educated to a minimum GCSE Grade 5 standard, or equivalent, in Maths and English.

Experience:

  • Proven experience working in an office or administrative environment, maintaining accurate system information and delivering excellent customer service, with strong organisational and communication skills.

Skills:

  • Ability to work effectively within a team, use your own initiative, adopt a flexible and positive approach, and be capable of obtaining Security Check clearance.
