Security Culture and Awareness Manager (m/w/d)
What's your possible?

About The Role
As Security Culture and Awareness Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of SEFE's security culture and awareness capability. Working within the CISO Office, you will drive security communications, awareness programmes and engagement initiatives that help colleagues understand security risks, adopt secure behaviours and contribute to a strong security culture across the organisation. Your work will play a critical role in strengthening organisational resilience and supporting SEFE's security strategy.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead and continuously enhance SEFE's security culture and awareness programme, defining the strategy, roadmap and objectives aligned to business and security priorities.
- Design and deliver engaging security awareness campaigns, role-based learning initiatives and communications that translate complex security topics into clear, actionable messages.
- Own and coordinate all security-related communications across multiple channels, including intranet, email, collaboration platforms, leadership briefings and enterprise-wide engagement events.
- Partner with stakeholders across Security Operations, GRC, Business Resilience, Architecture and the wider business to ensure awareness activities reflect current risks, emerging threats and organisational priorities.
- Develop and deliver executive and role-based security awareness programmes that enable leaders and high-risk user groups to understand and fulfil their security responsibilities.
- Measure the effectiveness of awareness initiatives through data, feedback and behavioural indicators, providing insights and recommendations that drive continuous improvement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
