Role: Security Director
Location: London HQ, no in office requirement
Salary: up to £200,000 fixed + very strong bonus/benefits/stock options. // c.£300k total comp

You’ll have the mandate to shape security strategy at enterprise level, working directly with the executive team while leading security across product, engineering, infrastructure, risk and resilience. You’ll be:
- Owning the group-wide security strategy across cyber, product security, risk and resilience.
- Leading security operations, governance and regulatory readiness across DORA, PCI-DSS, PSD2 and GDPR.
- Partnering with the C-suite, Product and Engineering leadership to enable secure growth.
- Building and maturing the security function, operating model and team.
- Driving security transformation across a complex, high-growth payments environment.
You’ll need:
- Senior security leadership experience within fintech, payments, banking or financial services.
- Very strong preference to have leadership experience within a large scale crypto/blockchain environment.
- Experience developing and executing enterprise security strategy at scale.
- Proven ability to influence C-suite and executive stakeholders.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing security teams.
- Strong understanding across product security, cyber risk, resilience and security operations.
