Security Engineer
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)
We're looking for a hands-on Security Engineer to join a growing security function within a specialist banking environment.
This role offers a varied role where you can remain hands-on technical whilst having ownership over the technology stack. You will be reporting directly into the CISO and working closely to drive security maturity.

- Have a broad security engineering experience across multiple domains
- Want to own and manage security tools and services
- Are comfortable working with the Microsoft security stack
- Enjoy improving processes, driving projects, and shaping security strategy
- Can work effectively with technical stakeholders across the business
- Have experience within regulated environments, ideally financial services
You'll join a small, high-performing team where everyone works closely together, ideas are encouraged regardless of seniority. This is an environment where you'll be trusted with ownership, given autonomy, and exposed to a broad range of security challenges.

Base salary: £95,000 - £115,000 + bonus & benefits
