About The Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated Security Engineer to join a market-leading company that specializes in providing high-quality security solutions on an international scale. The position is home-based with travel to client sites, primarily covering a local patch around London. Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess relevant experience as a Security Engineer or in a similar technical security role. A full UK driving license is essential, as the position involves field-based work and travel to client sites. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of security system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain security systems including CCTV, biometric access control, and entry systems at client sites.
- Conduct regular servicing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance and security integrity.
- Travel to various client locations within the designated local patch to deliver on-site support and system upgrades.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring clear communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service visits, and system configurations.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and security risks.
- Stay updated with the latest security technology trends and best practices to continually improve service delivery.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols and company policies during all field activities.
