About the role:
A transformative role where you will drive and accelerate a security transformation program. Acting as a bridge between strategic objectives and the technical reality, this role focuses on moving from static documentation to automated security operations. You will leverage your technical security expertise to solve complex problems and implement sustainable security processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead process transformation and operationalisation of security protocols.
- Implement technical security solutions and foster innovation.
- Drive automation and ensure sustainability in security operations.
- Manage stakeholders effectively to align security goals with business objectives.
- Deliver solutions rapidly and at scale to meet organisational needs.

Role requirements:
- Proven track record in enterprise security transformation with an understanding of cloud security and risk frameworks.
- Proficiency with modern security tools, automation, and integration of varied technical environments.
- Ability to design systems and processes that address and prevent recurring issues.
- Strong communication skills to influence and simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Ability to resolve ambiguity and execute tasks promptly, overcoming blockers efficiently.
Systems:
Experience building integrations, workflows, actionable insights and operating models based on the following technologies and platforms would be advantageous (we are not expecting candidates to have experience in all these platforms):
