Senior Security Engineer | Managed Security Services | London (Hybrid)

We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a specialist managed security provider, who is expanding its Managed Services team and looking for a Senior Security Engineer who loves hands-on work and gets results for customers.

Our client runs co-managed and fully managed services across leading ZTNA, SSE, CTEM and CAASM platforms, delivering reduced risk, better visibility and stronger control. You'll be the engineer who makes that happen.

What you'll be doing

  • Deploying and configuring customer security platforms, from design and build through to handover into BAU
  • Running day-to-day operations across multiple customer environments: health checks, upgrades, policy changes and drift correction
  • Operating and tuning SSE and Zero Trust capabilities, including SWG, CASB, DLP, ZTNA and RBI
  • Helping run continuous exposure management programmes aligned to the CTEM cycle, prioritising vulnerabilities on real-world exploitability and business impact, not just severity scores
  • Using CAASM platforms to give customers a unified view of their assets and spot coverage gaps early
  • Troubleshooting access failures, DLP events and control issues through to root cause
  • Presenting findings in customer service reviews and producing clear, actionable reports
  • Helping build the team's Microsoft security capability, a key growth area for the business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
