About The Role

Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5-8 years of experience within the fire and security sector. They should have a comprehensive understanding of security systems, fire alarm installations, and maintenance procedures. Relevant certifications such as FIA, CSCS, or other industry-specific qualifications are highly desirable. The candidate must demonstrate a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to health and safety regulations are essential for this role. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the West London area are also required.
Responsibilities
- Complete service and installation projects related to security systems, ensuring all work is performed accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of fire and security equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Prepare detailed work reports and documentation, which are to be sent to the relevant departments for record-keeping and further action.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on security solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, new technologies, and best practices in fire and security systems.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members when required.
