We're recruiting for an established Offensive Security Engineering Manager for a renowned Trading firm in London. We need a Leader who can define a programme, set the technical direction and raise the team capability bar.

You will thrive in leading offensive security testing, building relationships with Engineering teams and teaching offensive security best practice.

This is a fast-paced, highly technical environment with some of the industry's best Engineers who love solving complex challenges at scale.

We'd like to hear from you if:

  • You have proven hands-on experience in pentesting and offensive security across APIs, Cloud, Network and production infrastructure
  • You have strong know-how with Kubernetes, CI/CD and exposure to AI or Agentic systems
  • You have defined an organizational testing scope, attack and threat lead analysis protocols
  • You are a Leader capable of building and shaping technical teams
  • You are comfortable in high-stakes, fast-paced environments
  • You are a strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and challenge ambiguity
