The company provides manned and static guarding for offices, commercial properties, construction sites, warehouses, logistics facilities, retail environments, and other operational sites. Ayro Security also supports venues and events with SIA door supervision, event security teams, event stewards, traffic marshals, and medical services to ensure safe operations. Corporate and office security services, including security concierge, reception security, access control, patrols, CCTV monitoring, key holding, and alarm response, are customised to each client’s environment and risks. Every assignment emphasizes clear instructions, professional conduct, effective communication, and reliable reporting to protect what matters most.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Security Guard role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Security Guard will provide a visible and professional security presence at client sites, including offices, commercial premises, and event locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Patrolling designated areas
- Monitoring access control
- Checking identification
- Ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises
- Responding to alarms and incidents
- Reporting and documenting security breaches
- Liaising with supervisors, clients, and emergency services when required

The Security Guard will also support customer service at reception or entry points, assist with crowd management, and follow clear site instructions and procedures to maintain a safe environment for people, property, and assets.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with visitors, clients, and colleagues.
- Capabilities in Physical Security and Private Security to protect premises, assets, and individuals effectively.
- Understanding of Personnel Security to manage access control, identity verification, and the safety of staff and visitors.
- Valid SIA licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guard) and proven experience in guarding, corporate security, or event security.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, assess risks quickly, follow post orders, and escalate incidents appropriately.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for accurate incident reporting and coordination with site management and emergency services.
- Reliable timekeeping, professional appearance, and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Basic IT skills for operating CCTV systems, access control equipment, and electronic reporting tools; first aid training is an advantage.
