Job Description
Security Incident Management Analyst (x3)
Rate: £500/day
Duration: 6 months initial
Location: Inverness or Preston (5 days/week onsite)
Clearance: Active SC Clearance Required
Role Overview
Join an Operational Integrator (OI) team within a multi-supplier SIAM environment to govern and coordinate security incident management. You will ensure security incidents are tracked, escalated, and reported in alignment with client policies, SLAs, and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Incident Coordination: Monitor security incidents end-to-end, track supplier progress, and escalate high-impact, overdue, or recurring issues.
- Supplier Governance (SIAM): Validate supplier incident reporting, ensure data consistency across partners, and resolve ownership gaps.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Produce routine incident packs, track SLA compliance/trends, and present status updates to governance forums.
- Compliance and Audit: Maintain complete, traceable incident records to ensure ongoing audit readiness and process adherence.

Key Skills And Experience
Essential:
- Cyber security, IT service management, or operational governance background
- Solid grasp of security incident lifecycles, severity levels, and major incident principles
- Strong reporting skills
