Security Compliance Manager
Location: Site based – Luton, Bedfordshire
Hours: Monday to Friday (days)
Salary: £37,700
This is a key role overseeing site security compliance to a leading provider across the Government, Security & Defence sector. Working as part of a strong security management team you will be responsible for creating a robust security compliance culture in line with UK Government Security requirements, support the security management team, be a point of contact for site security queries, ensure compliance with company security policies, manage the personnel security clearance requirements and raising security awareness across the department.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing the administration of site compliance covering policies and security requirements
- Help to create and maintain security culture in line with UK Government Security requirements
- Respond to site queries
- Ensure compliance with UK Government Security Policy Frameworks
- Maintenance of all security procedures and implementation of policies
- Carry out briefings, toolbox talks & training for staff and contractors with regards to security policies.
- Manage the logging and distributing of Security Aspects Letters, policy management and arranging and conducting audits.
- Assist HR with security vetting on new staff
- Manage the site security vetting requirements
- Manage site records

Applicants Should Meet the Following Criteria:
- We are looking for a security professional with strong administration skills that can effectively communicate compliance requirements across the team. We are open to the type of experience you have. You could be a security manager looking for a new role or have relevant military/Police experience: RAF, Intelligence Corps etc.
- Positive and professional attitude with the ability to work well independently.
- Proactive with the ability to identify process improvement and implement any changes.
- Strong administration and IT skills
- Have the ability to achieve SC clearance
