Security Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Security Manager to join the team, working for a well-known site in Gloucester.
This is a full-time role working 4 on 4 off shifts:
- 7am to 7pm
- 42 hours per week
- The rate of pay is £35,000 per annum
To be successful for the role, a Full UK Driving License is required.
Your Time at Work
During your time as a Security Manager, your duties will include:
- Running of the site security teams which will include scheduling, training, and performance management of your teams to the KPI set.
- You will deal with enquiries from both security and our clients in a professional and courteous manner by in person or email.

- Hold an SIA License
- Supervisory or management experience
- Customer service experience
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft 365
- Be able to lead and motivate
- Ability to work on your own initiative with natural problem-solving abilities
- Experience in a similar role required
