We're looking for confident, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Security Officers at a prestigious new London campus. While a security licence is essential, this role is about far more than security. We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, building positive relationships, and creating a welcoming environment for everyone who visits the site.

If you're the type of person who enjoys helping people, solving problems, remaining calm under pressure and providing first-class service, we'd love to hear from you.

As one of the first people visitors, staff and contractors will meet, you'll play a key role in creating a professional, welcoming and safe environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Meeting and greeting guests, staff and contractors.
  • Providing information, support and assistance across the campus.
  • Managing access control and issuing visitor and contractor passes.
  • Conducting internal and external patrols.
  • Responding professionally to incidents, alarms and emergencies.
  • Supporting evacuation and health & safety procedures when required.
  • Maintaining accurate reports and security records.
  • Acting as a visible and reassuring presence across the site.

You'll Be Someone Who

  • Delivers exceptional customer service naturally.
  • Enjoys interacting with people from all backgrounds.
  • Communicates confidently and professionally.
  • Remains calm and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Takes pride in their appearance and professionalism.
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Has a strong sense of responsibility, integrity and reliability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
