The purpose is to develop and maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.
Job Overview
A Front House Officer is responsible for ensuring that personnel and guests have a positive first impression of the venue. As the first point of contact, you will be expected to be friendly and welcoming when guests/staff arrive or leave.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain the Front of House area to ensure a professional appearance
- Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV as appropriate.
- Ensure processes are strictly followed for any visitors to the building
- Deal with complaints and offer fast resolutions escalating where necessary
- Build professional relationships with occupiers and guests ensuring all have a pleasant experience

Requirements
- A valid SIA licence - Door Supervisor Licence / Security Guard Licence AND CCTV Licence
- Good communication skills
- Good organisation and multi-tasking skills
