💷 Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
🕒 Contracted Hours: Average 32 hours per week
🔄 Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off

Monday – Thursday
- 14:00 – 22:00 (8 hours)
- or 22:00 – 06:00 (8 hours)

- 13:00 – 21:30 (8.5 hours)
- or 21:30 – 06:00 (8.5 hours)

Saturday & Sunday
- 06:00 – 18:00 (12 hours)
- or 18:00 – 06:00 (12 hours)

🛡️ Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site patrols
- Monitor CCTV and security systems
- Control access and verify visitors
- Respond to incidents and emergencies
- Complete accurate reports and site documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service
✅ Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and professional approach
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends on a rotating shift pattern

SIA Badge and previous Gatehouse Experience
