Are you a vigilant and dedicated professional looking for a rewarding career in security? We are seeking a reliable and proactive Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our staff, visitors, and assets. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring premises, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and ensuring that security protocols are upheld at all times. About The Role
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Provide support, guidance, and information to all staff, visitors, and contractors.
- Gatehouse duties - meet and greet staff, visitors, and contractors in a professional manner.
- Prevent and deter unauthorized access to the site.
- Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV.
- Conduct external and internal security patrols.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Record and report all faults, health and safety hazards, and unsafe working practices.

What We Are Looking For
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Basic IT Skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure.
- Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation.
- Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance to ensure team effectiveness and availability.
- Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
