ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will be the overnight guardian of the development, maintaining a visible presence, monitoring CCTV, managing access, and carrying out thorough patrols. You’ll respond to incidents and alarms, support residents with considerate front-of-house service, and hand over clearly to daytime colleagues. Expect a professional, calm and methodical routine focused on safety, service and accurate reporting.

- You collaborate seamlessly with concierge, management and contractors to resolve issues.
- You spot risks early and take proactive steps to prevent incidents.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time
- Conducting scheduled and ad-hoc patrols across buildings, amenities and external areas.
- Monitoring and reviewing CCTV, managing access control and maintaining key logs.
- Responding to alarms, incidents and resident queries, escalating promptly when required.
- Completing detailed incident reports, daily occurrence books and shift handovers.
- Overseeing contractor access and ensuring compliance with site procedures.
- Supporting the safe operation of amenities and maintaining housekeeping standards in front-of-house areas.
Who This Role Is For
- You remain calm, courteous and decisive under pressure.
- You balance a warm, people-first approach with rigorous security discipline.
- You are observant, proactive and comfortable taking ownership to resolve issues.
- You communicate clearly in person and in writing, with strong attention to detail.
- You are reliable for night shifts and physically able to complete regular patrols.
Experience That Helps
- Security or front-of-house experience in residential, hotel or mixed-use environments.
- Confidence using CCTV, access control and incident reporting systems.
- Experience responding to emergencies and coordinating with external services.
- Knowledge of fire, life safety and evacuation procedures.
- An SIA license and first aid awareness are advantageous.
