Start Your Career in Resort Safety – Full Training Provided!
Are you looking for a fresh start? Our Resort Safety team is breaking the mould of the traditional “bouncer.” We are a modern, guest-focused team dedicated to keeping our resort safe and welcoming. No SIA licence? No problem. We are looking for the right personality and will provide all the training you need to become a qualified professional.

You will experience incredible variety, jumping from high-energy family breaks featuring acts like Peppa Pig and The Masked Singer, to our famous Butlin’s Big Weekends with headliners like Scouting for Girls and East 17.

Key Responsibilities
- Guest Welcome: Act as the face of the resort at the main gate, welcoming families, checking IDs, and granting entry.
- Venue Safety: Work in our many licensed venues as a modern Door Supervisor, ensuring guests are safe, engaged, and enjoying the atmosphere.
- Mobile Patrols: Conduct patrols on foot or in a vehicle across our large resort to provide a reassuring presence.
- Incident Response: Act as a first responder to various situations, including fire alarms or disturbances, maintaining a calm and professional manner.
- Versatile Support: Seamlessly shift focus between family-oriented entertainment, adult music festivals, and corporate conference events.
- Professionalism: Maintain a high standard of security and guest service, ensuring a memorable and secure experience for everyone on resort.
