Join a leading luxury leasehold managing agent as a Security Officer for a prestigious residential development in London on a contract basis.
This is a resident-facing security position combining site security, access control, and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will help maintain a safe and secure environment while delivering the professional and discreet service expected within a luxury residential development.

Rate: £15 – £18 per hour

Core focus of the role
As Security Officer, you will work closely with the concierge, estate and property management teams to maintain the security and smooth operation of the development.
Day to day of the role
- Maintaining a visible and professional security presence across the development
- Monitoring CCTV, access control, and other security systems
- Managing resident, visitor, and contractor access
- Conducting regular internal and external security patrols
- Responding to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies
- Identifying and reporting suspicious activity or potential security risks
- Maintaining accurate incident, patrol, and handover records
- Supporting the management of deliveries and contractor access
- Ensuring security procedures and site protocols are consistently followed
- Responding professionally to resident concerns and enquiries
- Supporting fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures
- Reporting maintenance, health & safety, or security concerns to the appropriate teams
- Liaising with emergency services and external security providers where required
- Working closely with Concierge and Estate Management to provide a seamless service to residents

You Will Ideally Have
- Previous experience within luxury residential, high-end developments, leasehold/block management, corporate security, or five-star hospitality
- A valid SIA licence
- Experience with CCTV and access control systems
- Strong security awareness and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional, discreet, and approachable manner
- Confidence dealing with challenging situations and emergencies
- A good understanding of health & safety and emergency procedures
- The ability to remain calm and make appropriate decisions under pressure
- Strong written skills for incident reporting and shift handovers
- The ability to work effectively alongside concierge, property management, and facilities teams
