Purpose of the Role

Security Officers at Ocean Terminal are expected to deliver a high level of Security. Customer Service to all our customers. Security officers will assist in the day-to-day running of the centre. Regular patrols both internally and externally. Handling any customer enquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor on-site safety and security.
  • Record and report all incidents.
  • Respond to all reasonable requests from tenants including requests for assistance.
  • Control and supervision of contractors.
  • CCTV monitoring.
  • Answer emails & telephones.
  • Approving Permits.

  • Valid SIA door supervisor licence.
  • Valid CCTV Preferable but not essential as training will be given.
  • Good Communication verbal and written. Respectful and empathic.
  • Customer service.

Working Hours - 40 hours per week 4 days from 7

Salary - £12.86 per hour
