Retail Security Officer – Tesco Wheatley Express
Location: Tesco Wheatley Express, Doncaster, DN2 5NH
Pay: £13.47 per hour
Hours: 24+ hours per week
Working Pattern: 3 days over 7, primarily Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Shift Time: 15:00 - 23:00
Requirement: Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
About The Role
Kingdom Group, a trusted partner of Tesco, is seeking a professional and reliable Retail Security Officer to join the team at Tesco Wheatley Express, Doncaster.
You will provide a visible security presence within the store, helping to create a safe and secure environment for customers, colleagues, and visitors while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Patrolling the store and surrounding areas
- Acting as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behaviour
- Monitoring store activity and responding to incidents
- Completing incident reports and security documentation accurately
- Supporting store colleagues with security-related matters
- Handling challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Promoting a safe and welcoming environment for customers
What We're Looking For
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, confident, and reliable approach
- Good attention to detail and sound decision-making ability
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Previous retail security experience is desirable but not essential
- Full 5-year checkable employment history
