We are wholly committed to rooting ourselves more deeply in every place we are in while setting new benchmarks for positive impact. As a pioneering collective with a common purpose, we curate extraordinary moments and honor the soul of every place along our journey.

You will monitor premises, respond to incidents, conduct patrols, support emergency procedures, and contribute to a culture of safety and wellbeing for everyone on property.

This role offers an attractive shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, comprising 2 morning shifts followed by 2 night shifts, giving you four consecutive days off and supporting an excellent work-life balance.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Respond to security incidents, emergency situations, fire alarms, and guest assistance requests.
  • Investigate and report security, safety, and loss prevention incidents.
  • Complete safety inspections and identify potential risks.
  • Support first aid and emergency response activities.
  • Maintain accurate security, incident, and lost property records.
  • Promote compliance with health, safety, fire, and security procedures across the hotel.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
