Security Operations Manager
Key Features:
- Manage daily security operations across assigned sites, directing supervisors and security personnel.
- Plan staffing, approve rosters and arrange suitably qualified cover within delegated authority.
- Assess site security risks and implement appropriate security procedures and protective measures.
- Conduct inspections, monitor contractual service standards and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Coordinate responses to security incidents and emergencies, escalating matters under agreed procedures.
- Oversee incident investigations, maintain accurate records and implement lessons learned.
- Identify training needs and monitor staff competence, performance and compliance with applicable licensing requirements.
- Liaise with clients and report operational performance, risks and resource requirements to the director.
