Security Operations Manager

£52,970 + Benefits | Brighton | Multi-Site Corporate Security

Corporate Security | Manned Guarding | Operations | Client Management | Leadership

We seek an experienced Security Operations Manager with a strong background in corporate manned guarding.

This is an opportunity to take operational responsibility for a high-profile corporate security portfolio, leading large security teams across Brighton, Burgess Hill and London Victoria.

The Role

You’ll be the senior operational lead for the client, responsible for service delivery, people, performance, and client relationships across multiple sites. You will:

  • Lead and develop large security teams, managers, and supervisors.
  • Manage multi-site corporate guarding operations.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Drive KPI, SLA, and contractual performance.
  • Manage staffing, resources, incidents, and operational risk.
  • Ensure high standards of security, compliance, and customer service.
  • Lead audits, investigations, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective SOPs and operational processes.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have:

  • Strong experience managing corporate security / manned guarding operations.
  • Proven multi-site operational leadership experience.
  • Experience leading large security teams.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs, compliance, and risk.
  • The confidence to make decisions and manage incidents under pressure.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
  • SIA, IOSH, CPP, or similar security qualifications are advantageous.
