Security Operations Supervisor
Location: Southeast (Head Office: Near Witham, Essex)
Salary: £35,000 + Pool Car + Laptop + Mobile
Hours: Flex 40 hours per week
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Start: November 2026
McKenzie Arnold Group Ltd is recruiting an enthusiastic Security Operations Supervisor to oversee security planning, documentation, and operational delivery across a wide range of UK events and clients. We are a market-leading provider of Event Security & Crowd Management, operating nationwide for over 20 years.
About the Role
Role you're willing to grow into, taking your supervisory experience and develop into an experienced and confident manager. This role requires 3+ years’ security supervisor experience, strong documentation skills, and the ability to travel nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Security Planning for small and large-scale events
- Event Documentation including event plans, incident logs, and post-event reports
- Team Leadership and supervision of security personnel
- Training Delivery
- Health & Safety Compliance including emergency procedures
- Incident Response and accurate documentation
- Stakeholder Liaison with organisers, authorities, and emergency services
- Resource & Budget Management for staffing and equipment
Essential Requirements
- 3+ years’ senior event security management experience
- Experience managing security for events of 100+ attendees
- Strong experience writing event plans, reports, and incident logs
- Valid SIA
- Experience delivering staff training
- Willingness to travel nationwide
- Clean, smart appearance
- Valid UK driving licence

Additional Information
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays is essential. Extensive nationwide travel is required.
