You'll regularly engage with colleagues, suppliers and emergency services, requiring superb communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

As our Physical Security Operations Centre continues to evolve, you'll also play an important role in helping us better understand our performance through data and management information. You'll use operational data to identify trends, support reporting, highlight opportunities for improvement and contribute to informed decision-making, helping us continuously enhance the service we provide across the Group.

What you’ll be doing

  • Monitoring alarms and responding to security incidents.
  • Providing security advice and guidance to colleagues.
  • Managing access control requests and supporting security processes.
  • Remotely diagnosing and resolving faults on security equipment.
  • Coordinating support from suppliers and engineers where required.
  • Liaising with colleagues, suppliers and emergency services during incidents.
  • Producing and supporting management information and reporting activities.
  • Identifying trends and insights from operational data to help improve service performance.
  • Supporting quality assurance activities and maintaining operational procedures.
  • Reviewing and updating playbooks and operational documentation.
  • Contributing to change initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
