What Your Days Will Look Like
As a PwC Director for Technical Pre Sales in Cybersecurity, focused on the Microsoft portfolio of Security solutions, you will work closely with the PwC sales teams to lead the design of enterprise-grade Microsoft solutions across PwC’s client portfolio and the creation of prototypes / demos of solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with both current and future client needs.

This role requires deep technical expertise across Microsoft’s Security solutions portfolio. You will need to collaborate across PwC’s sector teams, the alliance teams, Microsoft Account/Sales teams and client stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in shaping transformation programs, driving architectural excellence, and positioning PwC as a trusted advisor in Microsoft led engagements. This pivotal role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft technologies and will focus on supporting and delivering innovative solutions.
- Lead the design and demonstration of enterprise Microsoft Security solutions throughout the sales cycle.
- Shape technical solutions and support pre-sales activity with PwC and Microsoft teams across EMEA.
- Define the security architecture and technical vision for large-scale Microsoft transformation programmes.
- Act as a senior technical adviser, ensuring solutions are scalable, robust and aligned with client needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients, Microsoft stakeholders, product teams and PwC leaders.
- Develop cybersecurity communities, promote knowledge sharing and encourage collaboration across the region.
- Support joint go-to-market opportunities, offshore delivery, technical governance and delivery assurance.
- Position innovative Microsoft Security solutions that address client challenges and drive revenue growth.
This Role is for You If You Have
- Significant related experience in enterprise security architecture, cloud transformation, or technical consulting
- A selection of Microsoft certifications, including:
- Microsoft Certified: CyberArchitect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
- Proven track record in designing and delivering Microsoft-based Security solutions at scale.
- Experience across Microsoft’s enterprise portfolio, including Security, Cloud & AI Platforms, and AI Business Solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and influence strategic direction
- Demonstrable experience as a Solutions Architect with Microsoft Technology, with a proven track record in large-scale implementations.
- Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into viable technical solutions and articulate these solutions in a way that highlights their business benefits.
- Extensive experience in client-facing roles that build and sustain trust and long-term relationships.
- Knowledge of working across multiple regions and cultures, with the ability to adapt solutions to diverse environments.
