🎯 The role
We're French, post-Series B scale-up, and now building the UK from the ground up — first councils signed, first go-lives delivered. We are already working with +200 local authorities in France, Belgium & Switzerland and are now expanding in the UK.
As Security Project Manager, you'll take the lead in delivering, supporting and supervising client projects, and reporting to Manuella (Head of Operations).
This is a great fit if you enjoy working hands-on with hardware in the field, coordinating partners to get things installed right, and want to be part of a team that values ownership, collaboration and getting things done.
🚀 What you'll do
PMO delivery
- Lead the end-to-end rollout of our installations across council sites, ensuring smooth delivery from kick-off to handover.
- Oversee the configuration and commissioning of camera units to meet each council's requirements.
Partner management
- Train and certify partners on the installation and maintenance of our solutions, ensuring compliance with our quality and uptime standards.
- Act as the interface between installation partners and HQ, coordinating schedules, priorities and escalations.
Client technical support
- Serve as the named technical point of contact for councils, triaging and resolving issues within defined SLAs.
- Challenge orientation choice and ensure that the partner meets Vizzia’s standards regarding execution and delivery-time.
- Conduct site surveys to validate camera types and installation locations, and produce execution packs for installers (HQ and local partners).
- Coordinate spares and replacements with HQ to minimise downtime.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
