Receptionist – Aviation & Manufacturing Site
Location: Belfast
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Mon – Fri 08:00-17:00
Pay Rate: £15.00

Mitie is looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Security Receptionist to join our team at a leading Aviation & Manufacturing site in Belfast.
This is a great opportunity to work in a modern, fast-paced environment where you'll be the face of the site, making a real impact on the daily experience of visitors, employees, and contractors.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating a welcoming and professional first impression for all visitors
- Managing site access and ensuring security procedures are followed
- Processing visitor and staff passes
- Verification of personnel documents
- Handling calls, emails, and enquiries efficiently
- Supporting the smooth running of reception and site operations
- Carry out all reception duties as agreed with the site and as stated in the Assignment Instructions
- Managing post, deliveries, and meeting room bookings
- Keeping accurate records and maintaining a well-presented reception area
What We're Looking For
- UK Right to Work & 5-year checkable background
- British Nationality / UK Residency of 5 years
- Trustworthy & reliable
- Good time keeping and attendance
- Demonstrate your experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role
- Experience in id pass production preferred
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Strong communication and people skills at all levels including stakeholders and client hosts
- Excellent IT skills in using various systems including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Professional, approachable, and reliable
- Able to work independently and stay organised in a busy environment
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation, appearance, and attitude
