- Strong knowledge of hybrid Microsoft Azure and Active Directory environments, including identity security and access management.
- Experience advising on and implementing security controls within large, complex organisations.
- Solid understanding of recognised security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.
- Strong understanding of modern security concepts including Zero Trust, cloud security, identity-first security, and cyber resilience.
- Experience identifying security risks and developing practical, risk-based remediation strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels of an organisation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
