Want to join a company recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work?

In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the venue's security, safety, emergency planning, and resilience activities. You'll help create a safe environment for artists, visitors, VIP guests, promoters, contractors, and employees, while ensuring the venue remains compliant, prepared, and operationally effective.

Working across multiple teams and alongside external partners, you'll play a key role in planning for events, managing risks, improving processes, and supporting the successful delivery of one of London's most famous live entertainment venues.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the venue's security operation, working with internal teams and specialist contractors to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Oversee emergency planning, incident response, and venue resilience activities across events and day-to-day operations.

Event Delivery & Operations

  • Support the safe and successful delivery of events, including Duty Manager responsibilities.
  • Work closely with promoters, artists, contractors, and venue teams to plan and deliver world-class live experiences.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Lead the venue's approach to health and safety, ensuring policies, procedures, and risk management processes remain effective and compliant.
  • Drive continuous improvement through audits, inspections, incident reviews, and staff training.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
