About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Security Sales Specialist to drive strategic growth in our security portfolio through customer-facing partnership building, pipeline expansion, and deal execution. This dynamic Permanent role in London requires expertise in high-value enterprise accounts, C-suite engagement, and consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strategic pipelines to expand market share in security solutions.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities via deeper customer engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted security specialist for Account Managers within complex sales cycles.
  • Guide business development strategies and replicate best-in-class solutions.
  • Act as a dedicated partner for 1–2 high-priority accounts alongside senior stakeholders.
  • Drive service-oriented sales (outsourcing deals, renewals) and advocate for integrated security solutions.
  • Establish C-suite-level relationships, leveraging crossportfolio expertise.
  • Stay current on emerging trends, competitors, and innovations to reinforce authority.
  • Adapt policies and strategies based on IT frameworks, CIO priorities, budgets, and industry KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA/advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of hands-on security sales experience, targeting mid-to-large enterprise accounts.
  • Proven success:
    • Exceeding high-value sales quotas in complex deal environments.
    • Managing sales technologies (hardware + software + services).
    • Advancing portfolio-wide deal orchestration and project management.
    • Recognized internally and externally as a SME (Subject Matter Expert).

Core Skills & Expertise

  • Deep market knowledge: Competitor analysis, product solutions, security frameworks.
  • Expertise in consultative and value-driven sales for strategic engagements.
  • Ability to interpret customer business models, financials, and IT architectures.
  • Agile cross-functional leadership and customer experience strategy.
  • C-suitem managerial credibility with proven medium-to-high-touch accounts.
  • Strong forecasting discipline (familiarity with CRM tools like Siebel).
