A bit about us

At Gamma we provide voice, data, and mobile solutions to businesses across the UK, Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do. When you join us, you’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that’s transforming how businesses connect and communicate globally.

We’re growing fast, but we never lose sight of what matters: our people. Whether you're looking to develop your skills, take on new challenges, or make a meaningful impact, Gamma is the place to do it.

What is the role responsible for?

We are looking for a Security Sales Specialist to drive growth and adoption of Gamma's Security portfolio by acting as a trusted subject matter expert across partners, customers and internal teams. The role combines technical consultancy, sales enablement and product education to help partners position, sell and retain Gamma security solutions.

Your primary outcome will be to increase active security-selling partners, influence pipelines, and support revenue growth across Security and Connectivity.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

Here are a few examples of what you could be involved with:

  • Act as the Security Subject Matter Expert, providing technical and commercial guidance to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Support security opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, including discovery, solution positioning, demonstrations, presentations, and commercial discussions.
  • Work closely with BDMs, Partner Managers and partner sales teams to grow security revenue and increase active security-selling partners.
  • Deliver partner meetings, enablement sessions, workshops and customer presentations remotely and on-site.
  • Run agenda-led meetings that uncover customer challenges and align Gamma Security solutions to business outcomes.
  • Deliver value-led demonstrations that support opportunity progression and conversion.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Gamma's Security proposition, roadmap and market positioning.
  • Share competitor insights, market trends, and partner feedback to help shape future strategy and product development.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity management, forecasting, and activity tracking in HubSpot.
  • Identify commercial opportunities, promotions, and initiatives that improve competitiveness and accelerate growth.
  • Educate internal teams on the Security portfolio, product development, and sales messaging.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
